Hannah Nurrish

Hannah has spent 18 years inside NHS primary care. She has been a general practice manager, a PCN manager, head of governance, and held senior strategy and commissioning roles inside an Integrated Care Board. She knows what good looks like in the consulting room, in the back office, and in the boardroom — because she has run the work in all three.

She founded Hannah Nurrish Consulting Ltd in October 2025 to bring that combined experience into a single delivery model. PracticeFit™ is built on a specific frustration: most practices do not need another report or another training day. They need a properly structured diagnostic, followed by embedded operational support that stays until the work is done.

Hannah leads every diagnostic, designs every programme, and stays close to delivery. She is direct, time-bound, and openly allergic to consultancy theatre.

Nell runs the operational backbone of every PracticeFit™ engagement. Programme delivery, client communications, scheduling, milestone tracking, reporting, and the day-to-day project management that turns recommendations into action.

She is the reason work moves between sessions instead of sitting in inboxes. Practice managers who have worked with us consistently say the same thing: the engagement felt managed, not chaotic. That is Nell.

Her background in operational delivery means she translates the diagnostic into a working programme of work — with clear owners, clear deadlines, and a paper trail you can take to your CQC inspection or your partners' meeting.

Dr Vicky Smith

Practising NHS GP · Admin process redesign · Reducing GP admin burden

"Every minute a GP spends on avoidable admin is a minute not spent with a patient. My job is to strip that burden out — without losing the quality of care patients actually feel."

Vicky is a practising NHS GP and brings the clinical perspective to every PracticeFit™ programme. Her particular interest is in admin processes — how they are designed, where they leak time, and how to reduce the admin burden on GPs so clinicians can get back to delivering high-quality care.

She tests every recommendation against the reality of a 10-minute appointment, a duty doctor day, and a triage list. Where a recommendation does not survive that test, it gets rebuilt before it leaves us.
