Between us we have held most of the roles that exist in and around primary care — general practice manager, PCN manager, head of governance, ICB strategy and commissioning, service redesign, and front-line clinical work. We have sat in most of the rooms where the real decisions get made, and we bring that perspective into every engagement.
PracticeFit™ was built from that combined experience — and from a specific frustration.
Most practices we work with are not struggling because of a lack of knowledge or effort. They are struggling because of a lack of structure, clarity, and time to think beyond the immediate. Every week follows the same pattern: firefighting, inbox, appointment pressure. The strategic work never quite gets done.
The answer to that is not another report. It is not a training day or a PLT session. It is a properly structured diagnostic followed by embedded operational support that stays until the work is done.

Hannah Nurrish Consulting Ltd was founded in October 2025. Every PracticeFit™ engagement is delivered by a small, named team — operational, clinical and managerial expertise working together, not a sole consultant stretched thin.

Nell Duffy
Operations Manager
Runs the operational backbone of every engagement — programme delivery, client communications, scheduling, reporting and the day-to-day project management that keeps work moving between sessions.

GP Associate
Practising GP bringing the clinical perspective to access redesign, demand management, governance and patient experience work. Ensures recommendations are credible inside the consulting room as well as on paper.
