Every practice is different, so every piece of work starts with an honest look at where you are. Most clients begin with a Reset Day and move into Partner.
Free PracticeFit assessment
Ten minutes online. You score your practice across eight areas, from leadership and governance to patient access and team wellbeing, and receive a report with your strongest areas, your risks and three quick wins.
Reset Day
One focused day, on site or online, with your partners and manager. We review your PracticeFit results, look at what is really happening day to day, and leave with a clear 90 day plan and the first three actions owned by named people.
Suits practices facing a CQC visit, a partner change, a new manager or a feeling that things are drifting.

PracticeFit Partner
Six months of steady support from someone who has done the job.
- PracticeFit diagnostic and an on site Reset Day in month one
- A 90 minute online strategy session every month with partners and your manager, ending with a 30 day plan
- Direct access to me by message between sessions
- Templates, trackers and policies set up in your own systems
- A six month review and a plan for the year ahead
What we can work on: CQC readiness and continuous compliance, manager development, partner transitions, patient access and communication, demand and workload, team wellbeing.
£1,500 a month for six months
Founding rate of £1,250 a month for my first three Partner practices, in return for a case study.
After six months: ongoing support
Most Partner practices want to keep the rhythm going. Ongoing support is run day to day by my associate Nell, with me overseeing the work and meeting you every quarter.
PracticeFit Continue
Your compliance and management rhythm kept on track: a monthly check in, trackers and evidence kept current, and a quarterly review with me.
From £750 a month
PracticeFit Comms
Your patient communication managed for you: website updates, social media, newsletters and waiting room screens, in line with NHS access and patient experience standards.
From £950 a month
Both run monthly with 12 weeks notice. Prices exclude VAT.
For providers, PCNs and ICBs
I also run managed PracticeFit services for multi site providers, and lead larger pieces of work on neighbourhood health, patient communication and access across PCN and ICB footprints.

The Reset Day is on site. Partner sessions are online, which keeps costs down and fits around clinics. Extra on site days can be added at my day rate.
How do I know it is working?
Every Partner engagement starts and ends with the PracticeFit diagnostic, so you can see the change across all eight areas.
Is there a notice period?
Partner runs for six months. After that you can move to ongoing support, which runs monthly with 12 weeks notice.
