Practice Fitness Assessment
Who it's for: Any GP practice, PCN, or federation that wants an honest picture of where they stand. No cost, no commitment.
What it covers: Eight domains of practice business health — from income optimisation and financial sustainability through to access, workforce, leadership, and compliance.
What you get: An immediate RAG-scored breakdown, an overall Practice Fitness Score, and an AI-generated report with named priorities and quick wins.
What happens next: Your results are yours to act on. If they show Priority or Developing areas — and most practices have both — you can use the report yourself, or talk to us about going deeper.

Domain Deep-Dives
Who it's for: Practices that have completed the assessment and want a granular diagnostic for their weakest domains. Good for practices that know where the problem is but need the detail to act on it.
What it covers: For each domain scoring Red or Amber, a 10 to 15 question deep-dive that surfaces exactly what is broken, what the risk is, and what to fix first. Available per domain or bundled across several.
What you get: A domain-specific action plan with prioritised recommendations, indicative effort and impact, and a clear starting point.

PracticeFit™ Accelerator
Who it's for: GP practices, PCNs, and federations ready for a structured, embedded improvement programme. Not a workshop. Not a set of recommendations. A programme with defined phases, clear deliverables, and embedded delivery.
What it covers: A 12 to 16 week engagement with three phases: Diagnose — Fix and Build — Activate. We work inside your organisation — in your meetings, alongside your team, doing the operational work. Not advising from the outside.
What makes it different: You don't get handed a plan. You get a plan and someone who delivers it with you. Currently live with Solihull Healthcare Partnership — a demand management and access programme redesigning how their practices manage patient contact.
